Natalie Urruchurtu is a Nevada Loan Originator, born and raised in the Las Vegas and Henderson areas. She began her career in mortgage marketing, where she developed a strong understanding of loan programs, homebuyer needs, and how to communicate each step in a simple and supportive way.

After becoming a homeowner herself and seeing how overwhelming the process can feel, Natalie knew she wanted to help others have a smoother and more personal experience. That perspective guides her work with all loan types. Whether clients are buying their first home or exploring investment opportunities, her approach is dependable, lighthearted, and centered on finding the right fit. If she can help you feel informed and comfortable, and maybe even laugh along the way, that feels like a success to her.

What she loves most is the moment everything finally comes together for her clients. The excitement, the relief, and the sense of accomplishment they feel is something she never takes for granted. She encourages clients to ask anything because she believes the process should always feel open and easy to navigate. Her goal is not just to complete a loan, but to help create a memory her clients will look back on with pride.

Outside of work, Natalie is a dedicated hockey fan with loyalty to the Seattle Kraken and a former hockey player herself. At home, she is a proud pet parent to two cats and a dog with Star Wars inspired names. She is also an active supporter of Hearts Alive Village, a local organization close to her heart
